Delivery
Delivery zones
LYMEA currently delivers:

in metropolitan France ,
-
and internationally (depending on the destinations available at the time of ordering).
The service areas are specified at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During periods of high activity (launch, promotions), this period may be exceptionally extended.
Delivery times
Delivery times are given as an indication only:

Metropolitan France : 7 to 10 business days

International : 6 to 10 business days depending on the destination
LYMEA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Delivery costs
Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation and depend on:

of the destination country,
-
of the chosen delivery method.
They are clearly displayed during the payment process.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as the order is sent, containing a tracking number when available.
Delivery address
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
LYMEA cannot be held responsible for a package not delivered in the event of an error or omission in the delivery address.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The request must be made by email to:

Return conditions
For hygiene and health protection reasons, LYMEA products can only be returned if :

The product is new and unused .
-
It was returned in its original, undamaged packaging .

The protective film or seal has not been opened .
Any product that is opened, used, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted .
Return procedure
After validation of the return request by our customer service, the Customer has an additional 14 days to return the product to the address provided by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer , except in the case of a defective product or an order preparation error.

LYMEA recommends using a tracked shipping method . No refund will be issued in the event of a lost return package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days .

via the same payment method used for the order,
-
for the amount of the product only (excluding initial delivery charges).
Defective product or order error
If the product received is defective or does not match the order, the Customer must contact LYMEA within 48 hours of receipt , with supporting photos.
In this case, LYMEA will cover the return shipping costs and will offer:

an exchange , or
-
a full refund .
