These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "TCS") govern the sale of products made on the website www.getlymea.com , operated by the company LE TRIPLE A (hereinafter "the Seller"), to consumers (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these TCS.
The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day of the Customer's consultation.
The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Slight variations may exist, particularly related to the natural materials used.
Prices are indicated in euros (€) , all taxes included (TTC) , excluding delivery costs.

The Customer places an order directly on the website.
The order is considered final after:
product selection,
cart validation,
acceptance of the TCS,
full payment of the order.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after validation.
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Accepted payment methods are those offered via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Payments are secure, and banking data is never stored by the Seller.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Delivery costs are specified before order validation.
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for refund (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Returns are accepted only if:
the product is new, unused,
in its original, intact packaging,
with the protective film or seal unopened.
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of Seller error or defective product.
LYMEA products are wellness products intended for external use.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product or use not in accordance with the recommendations provided.
The Customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional in case of doubt.
Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
