General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website www.getlymea.com , operated by the company LE TRIPLE A (hereinafter "the Seller"), with consumers (hereinafter "the Client").

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day of consultation by the Customer.

The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Slight variations may exist, particularly due to the natural materials used.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 – Order

The customer places the order directly on the website.

The order is considered final after:

product selection,
shopping cart validation
acceptance of the terms and conditions,
Full payment for the order.

A confirmation email is sent to the Client after validation.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those offered via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

Payments are secure and bank details are never stored by the Seller.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The return and refund procedures are detailed in the Refund Policy available on the website.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for reimbursement (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Article 8 – Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is new and unused.
in its original, undamaged packaging,
with the protective film or seal unopened.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error by the Seller or a defective product.

Article 9 – Liability

LYMEA products are wellness products intended for external use.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product or use not in accordance with the recommendations provided.

The Client is advised to consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 11 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is used solely within the framework of the business relationship.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, trademark, design) are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 – Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
