In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, LYMEA products can only be returned and refunded if they are :
new, unused,
returned in their original intact packaging ,
with the protective film or seal unopened .
Any product used, opened, incomplete or damaged cannot be refunded , in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Once your withdrawal request has been validated by our customer service, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to the address that will be communicated to you by email.
The return costs are borne by the customer , unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a tracked delivery method , as LYMEA cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
it will be made within a maximum of 14 days ,
via the same payment method as that used during the purchase,
for the product amount only (excluding initial shipping costs).
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
The following items are not eligible for refund :
used or opened products,
gift cards,
products purchased during promotional sales or sales (except for defects).

In this case, we cover the return costs and offer:
an exchange , or
a full refund , depending on your preference.
