Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

Return conditions
For hygiene and health protection reasons, LYMEA products can only be returned and refunded if they are :

new, unused
-
returned in their original, undamaged packaging ,

with the protective film or seal unopened .
Any product that has been used, opened, is incomplete or damaged will not be eligible for a refund , in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Return procedure
Once your cancellation request has been validated by our customer service, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to the address that will be communicated to you by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked delivery method , as LYMEA cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If the refund is approved:

It will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 days .

via the same payment method used for the purchase,
-
for the amount of the product only (excluding initial delivery charges).
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for a refund :

used or opened products

gift cards,
-
products purchased during promotional sales or clearance sales (except for defective products).
Defective products or order error
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the following address:

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer:
